“I have had the pleasure of taking several church groups to the Walk by Faith Christian Camp. It is always a great experience. The entire facility is loved by all young as well as adults. I have witnessed the progress made over the years and look forward to each visit. I highly recommend an outing there.”

“If your Church group is looking for a place to fellowship and to enjoy the beauty of God’s creation, “The Walk by Faith Christian Camp” is that place. We are very fortunate to have such a beautiful Christian camp right here in Wilkes County, that is dedicated to our Lord Jesus Christ. Bethel Baptist Church has reserved the camp many times in the past and loved every minute of it. The lake at the camp makes it unforgettable. I am very grateful to all the board members whose vision has never stopped growing since the camp’s inception. We are looking forward to our next adventure there very soon! To God be the glory!”
Pastor Donnie Shumate
Bethel Baptist Church
“This place is a hidden gem in Wilkes County. A place where you can go away from the busyness of life to be in nature and reflect. All of our youth fished in the pond and enjoyed God’s creation and time together. We also ate together under the shelter followed by a friendly game of volleyball. Thanks to everyone who takes care of the camp and offers the opportunity to our youth and our church to visit and have fellowship together.”
Reverend Patricia Taylor
Associate Pastor and Youth Leader of First Baptist Church of North Wilkesboro
